How do I secure my hotel room?
Does my spouse/guest pay the same registration fee?
That will depend. If they will be participating in all convention events or are an industry professional, yes, they pay the full registration rates. Guest passes will not be available for advanced purchase in 2021. Passes may be available on a limited basis on-site, based on availability. These passes are valid for attending the social events only if they are not in the real estate industry. Passes will be $110 on-site if available.
Can I register online?
Yes! All registrations must be completed online. Click the Register button at the top of the page to get started.
Can I register once I arrive at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa?
TBD! We have been happy to always offer this option in the past. However, potential capacity regulations could have an impact this year. Please call Michigan Realtors® to confirm availability prior to traveling to Grand Traverse Resort & Spa if you are planning to register on-site.
Once you arrive at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa you may register for The Convention onsite. Additionally, you can pick up your badge holder, program and other important convention materials at this location. Admission to ALL functions is with your name badge ONLY and WILL be monitored. Registration is required to attend any and all events. Badges are not transferable.
What does the registration fee include?
The full registration fee will include all The Convention program activities with the exception of recreational activities or some invitation only events. This includes the Welcome Reception, Expo, knowledge sessions, Grand Assembly, networking breaks, lunch in the Expo on Wednesday, Happy Hour in the Expo, Realtor® Royale and many opportunities for networking.

Where do the events take place?
All events are held at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. Specific room locations may be found in the schedule at-a-glance on-site and on the mobile schedule.
What are the refund and cancellation policies?
Early registration ends Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Full refunds granted if received by September 7, 2021. Cancellation between September 8, 2021 and September 22, 2021 are subject to a $40 administrative fee. Refunds after September 22, 2021 are not given. Registrations are nontransferable.
I can’t come to The Convention after all. Can someone take my place?
Registrations are non-transferrable. However, under certain extenuating circumstances an exception may be made. Please contact Michigan Realtors® staff if you need to make a request for a transfer at 517-372-8890.
What is the attire?
Enjoy The Convention in business casual attire. Remember meeting space can vary in temperature so dress in layers for optimal comfort. Pack your comfortable shoes and prepare to get your steps in! As you travel home, we know comfort is key. Thursday is casual day; rock your jeans and favorite Realtor® tee!
The Convention is the premier real estate education and trade show in the state of Michigan attended by agents, brokers, and appraisers in the residential and commercial areas who want to advance professionally. On average, over 1,100 attends.
Where do I find online nomination forms for ROTY, RAP, and Good Neighbor awards?
All nominations must be received by 5pm on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

What is the Event Conduct Policy?
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with good judgment and common sense. Michigan Realtors® aims to provide a safe event experience for all attendees and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment in any form. If you feel threatened or harassed while attending a Michigan Realtors® event, you are encouraged to report the incident directly to police via 911. Attendees who violate this Event Conduct Policy may be asked to leave the event without a refund. In addition, the attendee may not be permitted to participate in future Michigan Realtors® events.
